EH二氧化碳回收裝置主要適用于啤酒廠、酒精廠以及天然CO2氣體等行業(yè)發(fā)酵過程中產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳，將其純化、液化、罐裝和制干冰，以供使用。該裝置運(yùn)行可靠、回收的二氧化碳純度高。

技術(shù)*：本是在吸引國外同類裝置*技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國機(jī)電工業(yè)的新發(fā)展和發(fā)酵工藝的特點(diǎn)而設(shè)計的，達(dá)到同類產(chǎn)品*水平?；厥諌毫υO(shè)計合理；采取多方法、多單元凈化措施，處理后二氧化碳純度高，達(dá)到GB1917－80《食品添加劑液體二氧化碳》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
本的自動化控制采用西門子的PLC控制，每個環(huán)節(jié)的程序、連鎖、安全保護(hù)等控制考慮得周全且可靠性好。進(jìn)氣純度不達(dá)標(biāo)自動排空，吸附塔、干燥塔再生閥門自動切換，再生溫度自動控制，冷卻水循環(huán)自動控制，儲罐超壓自動報警并排空，儲罐滿液位自動停機(jī)，并附有CO2提純裝置選項，與氣態(tài)CO2接觸部位均采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)。
The CO2 recovery automation control using the Sinemens PLC control,it has a good reliability and control comprehensively of every link such as procedures, chains and security protection.It will evacuate if the admission air purity does not attain the designated standard, the absorption , column and the drying tower regeneration valve switch automatically, control the regenerate temperture automatically, cooling water cycle automatic control, will auto-alarm and evacuate if storage tank overpressure, auto-stop while storage tanks full, it also attaches the CO2 purification devices option , the part contact with the gaseous CO2 using the stainless steel material. Both obtained high-purity liquid CO2 and guaranteed food level.

工藝流程

發(fā)酵氣經(jīng)收集送往不銹鋼除沫器、水洗塔、初步除掉雜質(zhì)，進(jìn)入CO2儲氣蘘，再無油潤滑壓縮機(jī)將壓力提高到2.0MPa經(jīng)吸附塔、干燥塔除去殘余雜質(zhì)，得到純度達(dá)到99.9%露點(diǎn)低于－60度的純凈CO2氣體，送入CO2冷凝器，將其變成液態(tài)，溫度在－20度左右，液態(tài)CO2在高位差下流入隔熱的液態(tài)CO2儲罐中，根據(jù)需要液態(tài)CO2罐入鋼瓶或直接汽化輸出使用。
Fermentation gas recoveres is in to deformer, water scrubber to remove the primarily, then the gas is inlet to CO2 tank and compressed by oiless lubricating compressor to 2.0MPa, and it is removed survival residue by absorbe and drying tower, at last the clean CO2 gas whose pruity reaches to 99.9% and drew point is lower than -20℃,CO2 liquid may will flow into heat-insulation CO2 liquid tank. CO2 liquid may pour into steel bottles or vaporize directly to use according to the demand of customers.
